The Promotional Digipack was made in October 1995 featuring the original I don't know artwork and single, and contained the white four-title CD which was sent out to the media in general as a taster of what to expect from RUTH in the coming months (and years).

The Singles package was only ever sent out to Universities that October. 50 Singles packs were made, which left 50 digipacks without the white CD which we've been selling ever since.
